 The design studio run by Lorna Smithson is a wedding and event floristry, but she also does floristry for all occasions. She is unique as her customers get the best service with the upmost attention to detail. She keeps in contact with her customers throughout the process to ensure they feel happy and secure with their order. She has customers from all over the country and wants them to feel at ease with their order for their special day.

Her main customers are brides who have a mid range to high budget, although she also does funerals, corporate events and gifts. Her favourite venue is Woodhill hall in Otterburn; it has lovely grounds for perfect photo opportunities as well as beautiful rooms and surroundings. Lorna thinks Woodland themes are something for brides to be to look out for as well as garden parties and vintage themes this season.

She loves a challenge and wants to make all her couples’s special day to be amazing so she is there to make their dream a reality.

Joshua James has been an awesome seasoned entertainer for over 17 years, entertaining crowds from all over the world. He performs all genres of music from the 50s through to modern day music.His main Customers are Brides & Grooms that are looking to have an amazing wedding and keep guests entertained with the help of Joshua James.

His favourite venue is Whitworth hall in Spennymoor as the staff and venue are amazing just like his swing shows that will be getting booked there soon.

Matfen Hall Photo shoot

Yesterday some of the just perfect team helped out on a photo shoot for Loved Up magazine at Matfen Hall. Everyone helped to make the room look beautiful and vintage and it was an amazing shoot to be apart of.  Jude’s Vintage Hire set up all the fabulous centre pieces for the tables including old books, top hats and suitcases.

Table stationery and table plans was all supplied by Wendy bespoke stationary and looked perfect on the tables next to the gorgeous favour boxes from favour-it-ism. Also featuring in the photo shoot were some very old gramophones supplied by 78spin Vintage gramophone DJ’S who played some of their rare record collection for us while setting up the room.

More people from the Just Perfect team included; the Ivory cake company, White flight moments, Bunting by Emma Bunting, Cake pops and Cupcakes by Olivia Lilly, Vintage car by Campbell wedding cars and the Dresses were provided by You Are Precious.

 Kirkley hall is a 17^th century grade II listed building located just outside of Ponteland in Northumberland; they have had plenty of weddings running from the hall since the turn of the century. Jude Johnston is the founder of Jude’s vintage hire they are a friendly family run business based in Anlwick and deal with supplying all things vintage. From vintage china and cutlery to props for weddings and events, she thought of setting up business when she couldn’t find any local vintage items to hire for her own wedding.

Lauren owns a salon in Washington and is a makeup artist, beautician and hairdresser to brides to be, her salon provides makeup, beauty and hair services for bridal parties in and around the north east. If you can’t get to her salon don’t worry she can arrange to come to you.

Being a makeup artist has always been Laurens passion she enrolled on her first makeup course at Newcastle College and didn’t look back. Since then she has completed a number of courses to be the best in the bridal industry. Her skills as a makeup artist haven’t went unrecognised as was regional finalist for best makeup artist in the 2013 wedding industry awards and also has done advertising work most recently for TK Maxx.

She offers complete wedding packages for all brides with all beauty, hair and makeup included. Even organising pamper days a few day before the wedding so the bride can relax. She appeals to everyone by having reasonably priced quality services for brides on their wedding day. Lauren thinks brides to be should be looking out for a grey smoky eye and a nude lip for their wedding day this season as it’s easy to maintain and looks gorgeous day and night.
